Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apple, celery, red onion, dried cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
