- 4 pork chops
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a shallow dish, beat eggs with milk. In a separate shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, infusing the oil with flavor. Remove garlic and set aside.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat well in the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops in the skillet, cooking until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
