  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, beat eggs with milk. In a separate shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, infusing the oil with flavor. Remove garlic and set aside.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then coat well in the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated pork chops in the skillet, cooking until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
