Ingredients
- 4 cups rye bread cubes
- 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Russian-style salad dressing
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil by spraying one side with cooking spray.
- Spread the rye bread cubes evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer the sauerkraut over the bread cubes, followed by the strips of corned beef.
- Drizzle the Russian dressing evenly over the layers.
- Cover the casserole with the prepared aluminum foil, sprayed-side down, to prevent sticking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the Swiss cheese over the top of the casserole.
