  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small strips
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add carrots, snow peas, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper, then pour over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly.
